What Are These?

Recently while I’ve been traveling around the blogosphere and the web in general I’ve been running into sites that have eBay items listed on them. Some of them have helpful articles and the items are sorted out. Does anybody know what these sites are. Here are a couple I have recently ran into. Best HD TV and Manufacturing & Metalworking Tools. I know this is a little off of the live writer topic. But I was just wondering how these sites are made.
